Whenever possible, we want to give.

RPGs means different things to different people. For us, D&D is a means for connecting with friends & family. You can be creative. You can tell a story. And for some, it is an outlet for dealing with the stresses and chaos of everyday life (especially here in 2021!) For this reason, Paper Dragon has been trying to do everything possible to support mental health awareness and organizations like AFSP (American Foundation for Suicide Prevention) and Love on a Leash

To do this, we will be hosting month-long mini-campaigns throughout the year entitled "Saving Throw" campaigns! During each campaign month, you will be able to indicate in your order that you would like a dollar to be donated toward one of these amazing mental health organizations.

If you would like to participate in our campaign, we encourage customers to donate a dollar by clicking the donation button at check-out! You will then be asked to specify which organization you would like your dollar to go to.

When will the next Saving Throw Campaign run?

We are currently running a Saving Throw Campaign now!

AFSP is dedicated to saving lives and bringing hope to those affected by suicide.  AFSP creates a culture that’s smart about mental health by engaging in the following core strategies:

  • Funding scientific research

  • Educating the public about mental health and suicide prevention

  • Advocating for public policies in mental health and suicide prevention

  • Supporting survivors of suicide loss and those affected by suicide is their mission

Love on a Leash is committed to bringing comfort, happiness, and healing to more people nationwide by increasing public awareness of pet-provided therapy. A therapy pet's primary function is to brighten someone's day. The majority of LoaL members are involved in this social side of therapy work. Therapy pets and their handlers visit nursing homes, hospitals, and schools to provide emotional support.
